Week 3: Pranamaya Kosha – Breath, Energy & Regulation
Master the link between your breath, emotions, and subconscious.
This week reveals how your pranic body (breath body) is your greatest tool for rewiring subconscious states. You’ll explore nervous system regulation, breath patterns, and pranic vayus. You’ll learn to shift out of stress loops and into coherence using the breath — cultivating inner safety, openness, and grounded leadership.
 
Week 4: Manomaya Kosha – Emotions, Reactivity & Inner Scripts
Decode your emotional triggers and rewrite your identity loops.
You’ll explore the Manomaya (mental-emotional) layer of the mind and learn how your limbic system stores emotional imprints. Through Pratyahara, emotional mapping, and inner child work, you’ll soften outdated survival responses and reconnect with the wisdom beneath your reactions
Week 1: Setting Sankalpa & Mental Freedom
Lay the groundwork for deep subconscious transformation.
You’ll begin by anchoring into Sankalpa — your sacred intention — and exploring how your outer reality reflects your inner programming. You’ll uncover hidden beliefs through journaling, mirror work, and somatic self-inquiry. We’ll also explore the Hermetic Principles and the dual nature of reality to understand why the subconscious mind shapes every facet of your leadership and life.

Week 2: Reprogramming Through the Body
Discover how the body stores your subconscious story.
Learn how muscular tension, posture, and physical resistance reveal long-held subconscious beliefs. You’ll explore the lower three chakras — Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus — to understand your patterns around safety, worthiness, and personal power. We’ll connect this to the somatic nervous system and begin retraining the body through grounding asana and kriya-based practices.

Week 5: Vijnanamaya Kosha – Pattern Collapse & Future Identity

Now that you’ve uncovered your core patterns, this week helps you collapse them. You’ll use quantum principles, visualization, and Dharana/Dhyana to rewire your self-perception and plant new subconscious commands aligned with the leader you’re becoming. This is where cognitive re-patterning meets energetic embodiment.

 
Week 6: Anandamaya Kosha – Integration, Bliss & Leadership Embodiment
Anchor your new identity into a powerful, sustainable daily practice.
This final week weaves together all layers — body, breath, mind, energy, and awareness — into your own sacred system of aligned leadership. You’ll map your home practice, create your leadership blueprint, and integrate the Supraconscious teachings of Samadhi and Turiya.
